When we arrived, they gave us a different room than the one we booked; it was dirty with spit marks on the walls, the bathroom was filthy, and the staff was rude and misbehaved with us. We had to argue with them to get the room shown in the picture; they refused at first, then later gave us a non‑AC dirty room, saying “this is what you will get.”

The staff was very cooperative. I wanted to move my booking earlier and extend it for 2 days at Rs.800/- per day. When I contacted the manager, she said she would let me know, but I never heard back.

We arrived around 11 pm after letting them know we’d be late, yet our room had already been given away; the front desk clerk didn’t speak English and wouldn’t let us check in even when I mentioned our booking, so he put us on the phone with the owner who yelled “no” at us. I was left scrambling for another place in the middle of the night, far from the center. A few guys from the restaurant in the same building were kind enough to help, but the hotel staff did nothing. The security guard handed us water and was friendly, but also didn’t speak English, so he couldn’t assist.
