The hotel was nice and good overall, but the staff left something to be desired.

“3rd class”

The property was very good and the location made it easy to hit the highway, but the staff behaved poorly and rudeness was rampant. There was no fan in the room, no cold mineral water bottle, only hot water. When I asked the receptionist for cold or chilled water, he responded in a harsh tone and even used abusive language, telling me I could leave the room if I didn’t want it. I won’t recommend this hotel in the future.

“gutes hotel am highway”

We were blown away by the exceptional service and amenities at this hotel, which far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the tastefully decorated rooms and excellent breakfast options, made our stay truly unforgettable. While the nearby highway might not be the most scenic, the hotel's excellent qualities more than made up for it. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

“Good room, but has plumbing issues, water is muddy & smells ,No hot water in taps.Needs maintenance”

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the room was spacious and well-designed, with a good air conditioner. However, the quality of the water was a major letdown - it was murky and had a foul smell and color. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available from the tap, and I had to request it in a bucket, which was a bit disappointing.
