“Angenehme Zeit am Strand, insgesamt durchmischt.”
We were pleasantly surprised at the start by a fantastic room upgrade that definitely made our stay better. The resort itself was very nice and large, but at the time of our trip it wasn’t fully finished yet. The beach was gorgeous with clear blue water and white sand. We understand that things can still be rough at the beginning, but a few major factors made the stay less enjoyable. Communication with staff was mostly through Google Translate. Besides the beach, there were no places to relax in the evening or on bad weather days. Another issue was that from 21:30 we could not order cocktails or anything else, so the hotel was effectively closed after that. Also, there were always long waits for drinks or food.
“Beau complexe sur une île loin de la foule”
The property is brand‑new, with villas, buildings, and a mini‑golf course under construction. The hotel was almost empty and still getting used to service. Small cars shuttle you from the reception to the only currently open restaurant, or to the two beaches, the three pools, the aquarium, and the light‑and‑sound show at the fountain. The rooms are comfortable but there’s nothing to dry your swimsuit with and no furniture on the terrace. The bed is huge and perfect. Three Russian hosts greet you and offer activities; they also speak English and are friendly. Most guests are Russian or Vietnamese. The restaurant serves à la carte, and when it’s busy, a well‑stocked buffet is offered. Lunch costs 400k and dinner 650k; there’s no other option, but it’s great. The variety changes daily. Kudos to the chef. Breakfast is also good; they don’t push consumption and provide free water. On the downside, the complex is still in a trial phase. There’s no laundry service yet, so I had to wash my clothes by hand without a dryer, which was a pity. The biggest disappointment was the reception – it was slow, especially for checkout, which is hard to understand. There’s a lack of efficiency – apart from one young Russian, staff don’t speak good English; that young Russian is responsive. At arrival, they could give us a map of the complex (highlighting what’s built or not) and an up‑to‑date program; they could explain the hours. We were told the restaurant closed at 22h and took last orders at 21h30, but when we arrived at 20h40 we were told the buffet closed at 21h! We had to rush dinner. All these things are being worked on to provide a better client experience. Despite that, we really enjoyed the stay.
The World Tea hotel left only the warmest impressions. Everything here is spotless and brand‑new, so you can tell it opened recently. What struck us from day one was the view from the window – honestly, it’s the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and the service was top‑tier. The grounds are huge and full of entertainment: three luxurious pools, a spectacular evening fountain show that surprised us pleasantly. There’s also a big ship on the property with a full oceanarium inside and even a mermaid show. Snorkel lovers will enjoy the coral and diverse underwater life. Russian‑speaking animators host various games, and in the evenings there are quiz nights with prizes, a disco, and karaoke for anyone who wants to join. Tennis courts and a large dry slide with pastries were also available, though we didn’t get a chance to try them. The main point is that the hotel is new and not yet crowded like mainland spots, so we were lucky to enjoy the vast area, stunning views, and a secluded, calm atmosphere. Absolutely recommend!
Everything was great.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent: the beach was clean and beautiful, the food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Thanks to manager Alena for the warm and friendly welcome! A special thank-you goes to the fantastic animation team. Denis, the manager and DJ, created a great atmosphere every day. Rai, Anton and Madina were friendly, energetic, and made all the activities enjoyable. The whole team made our holiday fun and memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel!
