The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the room was smoky and only stayed that way at night. When I opened the closet door, it fell, yet the door itself prevented it from dropping. In the bathroom, mold grew on the shower ceiling, the towels had holes, the linens were clean but the sheets felt very worn.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was comfortable. However, I was bitten, which suggests there were either bed bugs or fleas.

The location and the staff were good, yet the place was dirty and the elevator made a lot of noise.

Breakfast was fine and some staff were helpful. The facilities were very poor; the double room felt more like a single, and I had to flush the toilet with a bucket the first time I visited—staff couldn’t fix it. The furniture was old, the electrical fixtures on the wall were bad, and there was no safe. If I hadn’t paid at booking I would have cancelled; it might be a decent value but basic amenities were missing.
