The location and breakfast were good, but the kids’ corner and the restaurant staff were lacking.

The pool, sauna, scenic view, tennis court, trails, local wildlife, and restaurant made for plenty to do at the spot and nearby; getting a terrace room guarantees a perfect mountain view, though it can get a bit crowded and you need a car to get there.

The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were pleasant, we felt very comfortable and the location was amazing, with nothing negative to report.

The location was nice with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was good—classic fare, but the krupicová kaše stood out. Check‑in at 16:00 is rather unusual; 14:00 would be better, especially with the pool available. The hotel usually at least changes towels, cleans the bathroom, and removes trash, but in a week they only removed trash once. The accommodation is definitely not cheap; watch the final bill. For one burger and municipal fees they charged 750 kč, but when I asked, they recalculated it to 555 kč.

“So far was surprisingly comfortable during our stay with families and friends.”

The staff were warm and helpful, and some spoke good English while others made a strong effort to understand. The room lacked a fridge, which is essential for families with small children or babies, and there were no evening activities for kids, especially during summer. The outdoor bar was closed on Monday and Wednesday, so we had to bring our own plates or glasses back to the restaurant when ordering take‑out for the pool or terrace, which was inconvenient. Daily cleaning was inconsistent; the staff only collected our trash each day but did not tidy the rooms.
