They actually didn't have our room so they upgraded this to their sister property that was actually nicer and didn't charge us any extra. Really it was a nice day for the value

The room was easy to reach, but I had to fetch ice from a cooler in the office because none was available when the office was locked. The door jamb was broken, so I had to hack the room to get in, and the safety latch and deadbolt were non‑functional. The vanity light above the sink wouldn’t turn on unless I flipped it about a dozen times, and the bathroom fan was dead.

It wasn’t the fanciest place, but it was decent for the price and this was our second visit. On the last day we had no water at all, and a staff member told us there was a leak so we had to shut off all water completely. Instead of guessing, a heads‑up would have been better. We couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet.

Nothing positive. There was no ice machine; the ice was only in a chest in the lobby.

The location was fine, but the room was very old and nasty, with junk around the swimming pool and overall poor maintenance of the building.
