Personnel très gentil Très bonne cuisine Bon emplacement Chambre spacieuse pour notre famille Accès à la mer et piscine au top Un peu excentré et du coup calme Lit extrêmement confortable. Malheureusement le personnel est rentrer deux fois le soir dans notre chambre alors que nous mangions et que le bébé dormait. Ce qui l’a réveillé et nous a fait courir … deux fois des erreurs malheureuses mais dommage

A lovely hotel with a very comfortable room that feels more like a junior suite. Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary transfer to Anse Lazio beach, the guided nature trail walk, and the afternoon vanilla tea with homemade biscuits were all excellent. I loved the library and pool. The food was particularly high‑quality and varied. It’s great for sea swimming and sunset views.

The staff were exceptional! They made my 30th birthday unforgettable by singing happy birthday at dinner, giving a dessert and a small gift, and even waiting for me to make a wish. We stayed at the Black Parrot Suites, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was our favorite, offering an amazing sea view and enough depth for swimming. The room was lush, with an outdoor shower and an indoor bath. We rented a car, but shuttles to Anse Lazio are available. Their free nature walk with Matt was one of my favorite parts of the stay; it ends at a beautiful viewpoint, and we learned a lot about the country’s flora and fauna. The service at Mango Bar and Black Parrot Suites was a bit slow, but the staff remained attentive.

The food was very good and breakfast was very complete. The beach was dirty and the water had algae, everything else was fantastic.
