I was told I had to pay again, even though the arrangement I booked online wasn’t validated, and I was asked to request reimbursement for the fees I had already paid online.

I just had a room for the night, nothing special, but the property is run down, not clean, the mini fridge is moldy, the bed had a deep pit, and it needs many upgrades or to be closed.
