I'm not sure what to say about this place - it was just okay, I guess. It was fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't want to stay here for any longer. The room was pretty basic, and the whole place felt a bit run-down.

We were given the chance to check out the room before paying, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the room itself was a mess - it smelled musty and of smoke, and was in pretty rough shape. To make matters worse, the clerk told us to check the room to make sure it met our expectations before charging us, but we still ended up getting charged even after deciding not to stay.

We paid a pretty penny for this place, but it was the lowest quality of the five hotels we stayed at on our road trip. The location was decent, but the room was clean but the bathroom needed some TLC - it was a bit of a letdown. On top of that, there was no free breakfast and no coffee maker in the room, which was a bit of a bummer. We're not sure what we were expecting for $90, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations.

We were given the chance to see the room before committing, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown - it had a strong smell, the bed looked like a single and was pretty lumpy. We ended up driving another hour to find a place with two queen beds, cleanliness, and a similar price. I've requested a refund, but it's unclear if I'll get it. This place didn't live up to its previous reputation.

The AC worked great, but the shower was a different story. It was a bit of a struggle to get the water to the right temperature, and the pressure wasn't exactly ideal. Still, the AC was a lifesaver on a hot day, so that's a plus.
