“Zelená oáza uprostřed zelené přírody”
I stayed at this lovely place on the edge of the National Park České Švýcarsko, and the breakfast was tasty, with options for dinner and a café visit. They also offered a wellness area, though I didn’t try it. A convenient fuel station with basic groceries right across the road (there’s no shop in the village) was handy for stocking up before hikes. What I appreciated most was the quiet, free of crowds, and the great location for treks—like the northernmost point of the Czech Republic, the Tanečnice lookout, and the rock formations in the park. The staff were friendly, even offering a snack from breakfast for the hike, and they were kind to dogs too. I felt comfortable and would gladly return; after a full day of hiking, you value comfort, good food and drink, and a pleasant setting.

The breakfast was very neat. We had never experienced such a negative hotel stay before! When we arrived in the evening, our room key was left on the reception desk with a note bearing our name—no one was around. Since we had paid in advance and checked in online, we expected a self‑check‑in, which is common worldwide. Soon after, an extremely rude older woman at the reception, along with her husband, insulted us harshly and threatened to kick us out and leave us on the street, despite our pre‑payment and repeated polite attempts to communicate. We encountered only a Czech‑speaking angry person. We barely managed to secure our paid accommodation for the night. The next morning, the storm of complaints continued, and they threatened to evict us again without refunding the remaining two nights we had already paid for, simply because we hadn’t called them before arrival. We remain speechless. NEVER AGAIN in this unfriendly hotel!
A very pleasant stay, with helpful staff, a beautifully equipped wellness area, parking by the house, and a lovely terrace for evening seating that we unfortunately didn’t use due to cooler weather.
