Everything was great, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious – highly recommend. The pool was terrible.

Nice looking place. Shuttle bus nrarly 1 hr waiting Called hotel first desk just put me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything. Too busy dealing with a guest. Gave up and took taxi. Arrived at hotel 7pm internet out and no backup syste7m Had wait again spoke to so called superviser. No offer of a free cup of coffee while you wait again. Just you can go to the bar or resturant. Sam's resturant service abismal. Not a fine dinning experiemce more like pup grub. Not what I would expect in the type of hotel. Although the Barman came o er to appoloqise foe taking so long he had no idea how to make a simple shandy. Plastic bottled ketchep etc was not clean and greasy Calamare like rubber Room was freezing. Aircondition did not work. Had to wear clothes to bed. To tied to fight with reception. Shower did not work
