I wasn’t satisfied; the service was very poor, with communication, cleaning, and behaviour all lacking.

The only advantage was the location near the railway station, but the rooms shown in the pictures were not what we got; they were dirty and the towels were poor quality.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of Rani Kamalapati station, but the rooms were very dirty, the late check‑in left us with a room in bad condition, the AC wasn’t working, dust was everywhere, the washroom was dirty, there was no dustbin, and no towels.
