The location was spot‑on, right near all the attractions tourists look for in Florence. Cleanliness was impeccable: housekeeping came daily, and towels and bed linens were changed each day, even if you sweated at night. The staff were professional and ready to help; I reported a bathroom issue at 7 PM, and when I returned two hours later everything was fixed, the room had been cleaned, and the towels and linens replaced. No complaints.

The hotel was first‑class with nice rooms and outstanding staff. Breakfast was also first‑class, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodations and staff were a bit lacking.

The hotel’s location was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the location itself.

Very clean and comfortable, with super attentive and friendly staff. The stairs with luggage were uncomfortable.

Convenient location and great staff. The bathroom in room 306 needs work: the vanity glass door was taped shut but wouldn’t stay closed, swinging open into the room and was hard to manage. The shower drain was unsecured, exposing a hole in the floor – again troublesome. The shower doors didn’t fit properly and the glass doors clanged together when closing. The storage shelf was a poorly maintained IKEA shelf.
