“Good”
The staff were great and breakfast was good, yet there were no cups or spoons in the rooms and the breakfast portion was only enough for one person instead of two.

I liked the yam and fish sauce, although the sauce was quite small compared to the yam slices; the air‑con worked well and the staff were polite and friendly, but the kitchen team didn’t always follow the receptionist’s instructions. For someone who doesn’t eat eggs, the options were limited—only two per day, and on one day I couldn’t get either breakfast; the timing of the breakfast was poorly communicated, sometimes it wasn’t ready when requested, and the food was occasionally cold or hard to eat. I had to ask for towels and tissues after the room had been cleaned. The TV quality was poor and its apps didn’t work. The room seemed unfinished, so mosquitoes were present and I had to kill them. The shower had water temperature issues, and for the first 5 minutes the water was discoloured and choppy.

The place was perfect.

The hotel felt homely, but the rooms didn’t have enough wall sockets.

THE LOCATION WAS OK. NO SUFFICIENT/TIGHT PARKING SPACE. COULDN'T PROVIDE SUFFICIENT TOWEL AND OTHER BATHROOM USABLES. THE RESTAURANT IS ISOLATED FROM THE HOSTESS AND NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION EXCEPT YOU GET UP TO CALL THEIR ATTENTION!!
