“CHEATING ON BOOKING HOTEL”

They're not being honest with their guests. I booked a room here, but the day before my stay, I got a message saying that my booking had been shifted to another location due to some issue with the hotel. The catch? The new location was a lot cheaper than what I paid for. No communication, no help, and I lost my booking money. It's not a great experience, especially when you're being misled like this.

It's not just the money that's the issue, it's the fact that they didn't even bother to communicate with me about the situation.

“Total waste booking with”

We booked a room here that included lunch and breakfast, but when we arrived, we were told that they didn't have the facilities to serve meals. Not only that, but they also charged us 500₹ per person for a meeting that lasted just an hour. It was a total waste of money, and we wouldn't recommend booking with them.

I'm still waiting for my refund after they cancelled my booking. The hotel wasn't even there when I tried to book, but they still haven't processed my refund. It's not a great experience, and I would advise others to be careful when booking with them.

“I did not find the hotel at all even after tried to navigate to the address in email I received”

I'm not even sure if this hotel exists. I tried to find it, but I couldn't locate it anywhere. It's not a great feeling when you're not sure if you've been scammed or not. I wouldn't recommend trying to book with them.
