A brand‑new, spotless apartel run by a super friendly family, with a shower that had strong water pressure and steady hot water—something many places miss—made a big difference. Talpe Beach is close by, one of the island’s most beautiful shores, but be careful when swimming in the ocean and check with locals for safe spots. Take time to explore the area; there are plenty of hidden gems. Overall, an amazing stay with great facilities and warm hospitality. Nothing to complain about.

The view from the community area is amazing, and the room sits on the top floor of the house where the family you’re staying with lives below. They’re super‑nice, but since they don’t speak English, Google Translate is your best friend and it worked well. The room was very clean and the bed incredibly comfy, even with a mosquito net.

Very clean and right next to many good beaches and the Thalpe railway station. The hosts are super nice ❤️.
