The location was great and it was really quiet, which I appreciated.

The hotel was quiet, yet staying with a child made the steep stairs on the second floor frightening, and the first floor emitted a strange odor.
The location, close to two metro lines, put us in any part of Tokyo in a short time. The room is small, but it has all the necessary appliances, such as a microwave, washing machine, ceramic plate, glasses, cutlery, plates, etc. Everything is there so you can cook or eat in the room if you want. The neighborhood seems strange at first, with narrow streets that zigzag. But it isn’t all that dangerous, and after getting to know it, it’s a very interesting and characteristic area, with numerous supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops. Too many rules, and sometimes they’re not very clear. Between the reservation made and the stay, I received numerous identical emails to do a pre‑check‑in. After doing it, I kept receiving them. Very annoying… There are no staff. It’s all self‑service. And to get in, when I arrived from a trip, it wasn’t easy to get in. I took about 15 minutes to figure out all the instructions sent, which I had to search for in emails sent at the beginning! Once inside the room, another series of notices, do’s and don’ts that looked more like a barracks. Still, I ended up having a great time in Tokyo.

Close to the station. Cleanliness.
“It was a nice apartment, i would recommend:)”
It’s a nice place. There are no sounds at night so you can sleep, and the streets around are beautiful. The kitchen is small but I would say it has everything you would need. I was happy to stay here :) It is not so close to the metro stations, and the bed is pretty small for two people so keep that in mind.

For long‑term guests the kitchen and washing machine are definitely a plus, but the double curtains were a mess—the drape curtain had come off its rail and was hanging on the lace curtain, so they couldn’t be opened independently; there was no smoking area, the handheld vacuum’s clear dust cup was packed with rubbish, and opening the window revealed a grave.
