“Fijn appartement direct naast de Avenue de Champagne”
Nice, large apartment with everything you need; the air‑conditioning is very pleasant. The rooftop terrace is huge, yet there aren’t many chairs, and an old broken sofa was there.
Location, décor, hygiene—all excellent. The Wi‑Fi is somewhat slow.

The hotel sits right in the center, just a stroll from a lot of champagne houses, restaurants, and shops, and the building looks spotless and well kept; having a parking spot available really boosted the value for us.

The location is great, close to everything. Breakfast is nice, and the staff at the breakfast desk are friendly and helpful. Parking is good and shaded, and there’s coffee in the room. The Wi‑Fi is terrible, and the check‑in instructions and how to find breakfast were unclear (a sign said the breakfast restaurant was closed). The beds are old and not very comfortable. The balcony isn’t great, with a dirty table and three AC units.
