The spot is in a great spot, but the hotel didn’t hand out the invoice I asked for. The place had a strong smoke smell and the staff weren’t helpful at all.

The place was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen; no cleanliness at all, sheets and bathroom were filthy.
The receptionist needs better coordination with guests, and they should answer the phone when clients need them.
