The staff were great. The floor leaks were a problem, and it was annoying that clients went to the pool at 05:00 am!

The atmosphere, the pool, the attentive staff, the hotel restaurant (not pricier than in town), and the green surroundings were all lovely. The mattress was very firm. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but we knew that when we booked.

The rooms were quiet, roomy, and had excellent air conditioning with a view of the pool and lush gardens. Breakfast was solid, with extra hot dishes available on request. A foot massage at the spa was just what I needed after a long day touring Angkor’s temples. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 10 min tuk‑tuk ride from the city centre. All in all, a great deal for the price and amenities – I’d definitely return. The downside was that the toilet’s sliding door had gaps on the side and didn’t fully close from the bedroom; a bigger door would be better. The rooster crowing next door can bother light sleepers, but it adds to the “village” feel.

The facilities were very pretty. They gave us a take‑away breakfast, and the bread had mold, but the restaurant serves fresh and delicious food.

The pool was massive and clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially during happy hour. However, we were woken by loud children screaming at 6 am, and the staff only stepped in after we voiced our concerns. A few insects made an appearance in and around the room, and the outdoor lighting—controlled by sensors—was sometimes dim, forcing us to walk into the dark.
