The accommodation was flawless throughout my stay in Bali.

The location is peaceful, only 5 minutes from Ubud center, whether you drive yourself or need a driver; the place is well situated. Cleaning was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were super friendly.

The shower was fine, which was the only thing I liked. The room had a terrible smell that made me leave after one night even though I had booked and paid for two; it was on the roadside, so it was noisy, and the property is quite far from Ubud's center, making getting around less convenient.

The location was very peaceful and quiet, away from the busy center of Ubud. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with a very nice, clean pool and a relaxing atmosphere. There are enough cafés and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and overall the price matches the place quite well. The main issue was cleanliness: the bed linen and towels had visible stains, and there was dirt and limescale around the sink and on the glass between the toilet and shower area. We especially recommend improving the bedding, pillows, and towels. A few walls had damaged plaster or had been painted over. Geckos can sometimes enter the room through gaps around the balcony door/window area; they are actually cute and, of course, this is tropical Indonesia, so small animals like this are understandable. Still, future guests should know that at night they can make a very strange and surprisingly loud sound; at first it can be a little scary, but in our case it was simply a gecko. We also noticed droppings near the suspended ceiling.
