The hotel is near Brignole train station and a few minutes’ walk from the city center. It was clean and the staff welcoming; we had a nice night. A snack was available upon arrival for breakfast. Good value for the price.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The moment we arrived, we were shocked by the horrible conditions. The owner—who we assume is the owner—was friendly but explained and normalized the hideous state of the place. He mentioned the same hot‑water issue another customer had raised: we were told that to shower, we had to keep the water running in both the sink and the shower simultaneously. We laughed in disbelief because it made no sense. He kept describing the facility’s anomalies, making it surreal to the point of tears. We immediately looked for another hotel nearby at 9 pm on Friday night. We lost the money we’d already paid for this booking because staying there simply wasn’t an option. The place is absolutely unhygienic and dirty; the conditions are extremely deteriorated. The bed blanket had visible stains. The rooms are separated from the main corridor by thin, old doors, raising safety concerns. The building may be old, but age alone doesn’t excuse such poor maintenance, questionable hygiene, and horrible conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s deeply disappointing to see accommodation offered under these circumstances; guests deserve better for their money. A hotel should at least provide a clean room, a functioning bathroom, and a basic sense of comfort and safety. This place failed to meet even those fundamental expectations. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Situated in an old building, the spot is ideal for reaching Brignole station and the metro, and a short walk takes you to the city centre. The room is very simple yet cozy. The young staff member was extremely kind and ready to give us information. I recommend it.

The location, welcome, and availability were great, but the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff were pleasant, but the hotel is too old, the bed is not comfortable at all, the electric water heater in the bathroom makes constant noise when using water, and cleanliness is questionable.
