We got an early check‑in when we asked, but the hotel was still under construction and noisy, and we couldn't access the balcony in our reserved room.

I don't know. I booked through booking. Com ,I didn't know the building is under construction, first my room was not beach front second I couldn't use the balcony and the construction noise was too load every day starting 8am .they should tell the people the situation upon booking and it's up to us to book or not

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The large room was very spacious and had everything. The beds were very comfortable. The view was lovely, overlooking the sea in our case. Just below the hotel is a CVS that sells everything for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was being renovated, so there was noise that woke us up in the morning. On the last day, they knocked on our door 4 or 5 times to check the room, which was quite annoying, especially since we were supposed to check out at 10 am and this happened between 08:30 and 09:50. Cleaning was done every other day and was very, very basic.
