comfortable beds and pillow good water pressure very helpful receptionist. We booked Panda garden Hotel through http:// based on photos that turned out to NOT be within this property. was asked to move to Masteri Thảo Điền T5, Block B, 159 võ nguyên giáp, thảo điền, TP thủ đức instead. 1. Check-in issues: We arrived a little early and were told the room would be ready in 30 minutes. 2. After waiting 2 hours, we found out the room still wasn’t ready because cleaners were trying to remove a strong smoke smell. We had specifically booked a non-smoking room for our family with 3 kids. This is completely unacceptable. 3. When the room was ready, we found out that it was a different apartment at another location that wasn’t listed anywhere online. This was a major red flag. The front desk staff did try to help and even called the owner/manager for alternatives. However, we could hear the owner shouting at the staff over the phone. The way management treats employees reflects how they run their business. Bottom line: False photos, bait-and-switch to an unlisted apartment, smoking room sold as non-smoking, and 2-hour delay with kids. lobby smokey because of other guests smoking in the lobby I do NOT recommend this hotel and will not return

The room was great for its price, with a stove and a washing machine that were very convenient, and there were restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall nearby. However, the balcony was dirty and never cleaned; the plant on the balcony was dying because it wasn’t watered, and there were dirty napkins lying around it. The washing machine on the balcony had a torn hose, but the administrator allowed us to use it anyway, so all the water from the machine leaked out of the broken hose onto the balcony. The balcony drain was blocked, so the water didn’t drain and just dried out in the heat.

The location was nice and the staff were friendly, but the room was a bit rough.

The rooms were clean and the staff are amazing. Will be staying here for all my work trips.
