Nice, close to the border and the breakfast is tasty. The bathtub stank heavily of sewage, and the towels were also quite unpleasant. The description said there was free parking on the premises, but there were only 4 spots and they were paid—100 UAH per night. Breakfast was promised from 8 to 10 am (at 8:15 the staff member went to the kitchen and breakfast was served at 8:40). We were heading to the border, so every minute mattered, as did safely leaving the car by the hotel (which wasn’t possible). You can’t pay by card, only cash.

Легко добиратися, до Жайворонка делеченько, але на ресепшені дали перелік таксі, то ж проблем не виникло Парковка можлива як на території готелю (за додаткову плату), так і за його межами (безкоштовно, місць достатньо) Сніданок не пробували, бо поїхали о 8,00 він ще не був готовий. Дуже сильно протікав душ Коли замовляємо номер на 4 особи, то очікуємо що буде підготовлено 4 спальні ліжка (окрім кроваті диван також, як додаткове ліжко, має бути застілений на 2 особи)

The bed is clean and white. The sound insulation is poor, the shower cabin is dirty, there are no slippers or water in the room, and we had to ask for toilet paper.

“Гарний готель за хорошою ціною”

The hotel was genuinely clean and well‑maintained. The staff were friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast portions were generous and tasty. We booked three rooms for our group: two standard rooms and one apartment with a kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. Everything we needed—kettle, microwave, even an oven—was available. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for your hospitality.

The room’s location was good, but the price‑to‑quality ratio was far below expectations. The rooms didn’t match the photos on the website, and after arrival we were asked to move to a different room: we had to vacate by 11:00 and could only check into the new one at 14:00, effectively giving us half a day of paid time to store our luggage. After we complained, we were finally allowed to stay in the originally booked room. Cash cards weren’t accepted and there were very few ATMs in town. Breakfast took about 30–40 minutes to start because only two staff members were working, and the menu was dull—just omelette and vegetables. The sound insulation was terrible; we could hear traffic, dripping water, conversations, and movements in neighboring rooms, making it hard to rest. Overall, for the price we expected a much higher level of service, comfort, and accurate room representation.
