The front desk staff were friendly, but one elevator was out of order, so getting up and down took a long time. They didn’t supply enough towels; even after asking at reception and getting a few more, a later housekeeping request left us short again. They also didn’t restock toilet paper or instant coffee, and never cleaned the used cups and glasses, which left us very disappointed.

Breakfast was varied, and the location is well connected. The bathtub is tall and uncomfortable to climb into. The second elevator was broken, and the working one didn’t display which floor it was on.
