Simpatia dos funcionários. Banheiro sem duxa higiênica, registro sem acabamento. Quarto sem espaço e armários, cabideiros! Estacionamento ao ar livre e fora do hotel!

The place is right by the bus terminal and a short walk from the Nossa Senhora Aparecida sanctuary, which was super convenient. Breakfast was okay – they had fruit, a decent selection of cakes and breads. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready until 14:25 even though the listing said 14:00, and after a 13‑day pilgrimage I was exhausted and hungry.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, when I settled the bill they added an extra 100 reais that wasn’t part of the original agreement, which was disappointing.
