I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with exceptional service from the moment I arrived. The location, food, and massage were all top-notch, and the romantic dinner on the beach was a highlight of my trip. I must especially thank the bar team, particularly Wayne, for their exceptional service. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway.
“Good, lovely staff and setting but not five star”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its breathtaking location and serene setting. The pool was a lovely spot to unwind, and the spa treatments were truly exceptional. However, I did notice a few minor issues that could be improved upon - for instance, I had to request extra pillows, and there was a lack of hand towels and shampoo in the bathroom. Additionally, getting to Moalboal was quite pricey, but that's not the hotel's fault.
I was thoroughly impressed with the villa, which was truly sublime. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, which was similar to what I'd expect at a budget hotel, and the price of 20 euros per night was a bit steep. I was also dismayed to find that I had to pay for the boat ride to access the hotel, which I felt should have been included, especially considering the high price of 400 euros per night.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't purchase snacks, such as chips, during my stay. The hotel's quiet and calm environment made it an ideal spot to unwind and recharge.
“Quelle déception !”
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointments. The hotel's location had the potential to be a paradise, but it was left to deteriorate, with no proper management or presence of staff on site. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the room and the overall environment, which was outdated and in need of a complete renovation.
