After a phone call, we arrived after 23 o’clock, standing outside closed doors with no further information. The night guard was reached only after several calls. The key was in the night safe, but there was no information, no phone number on the door. This is unacceptable!

The staff were very kind, especially towards our dog, and the place was very clean. However, the switches were on the headboard, right above my head, and one of them didn’t work. The lack of ventilation was also a drawback – it got a bit cold at night even with the window open.

The location, the room, and the parking situation were fine. When the fire alarm went off while our baby was just falling asleep, we left the hotel properly. Neither the staff nor the firefighters could identify or explain the false alarm. We found no peace and there was no official apology, let alone a voucher, discount, or anything. Also, a balcony extends over three rooms without any separation, which I find odd.
