The place sits right in front of the Kokhta ski area and cable car, and the rooms are clean and comfortable while the staff are friendly and helpful; the only downside is the hotel’s older build, but the newly renovated roads and infrastructure in Bakuriani make getting around a breeze, so it’s a great choice if you want to be close to Kokhta, and I’d rate it 10/10.

The balcony view is nice and the location is really near the ski access for beginners, plus the owner is kind and the beef menu is nice, but the heater stopped working in the middle of the night and after the owner found out what happened she gave me a complimentary breakfast; the chicken was too salty, so I’d give it an 8/10.
