I really liked the staff, especially Maya and Sara. The location is excellent, close to the Rambla and metro stations. The minibar didn’t chill the drinks.

The hotel is well located, the room is nice and clean, the accommodations are good and the staff welcoming. The breakfast, however, isn’t worth buying; eggs, bacon, and potatoes were all cold even as the service opened in the morning. We had a terrible night on Friday because partygoers were noisy until 5 am.

Everything was spotless, super clean, comfortable, and the staff—led by Karim—was so kind they made us feel at home. I highly recommend it and we’ll definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we were happy, but the breakfast room left something to be desired.
