“Would have been better if didn’t get screamed at by owner”
The central location was great, but the property owner was outright rude, refusing to give you a room and yelling at you if you had a guest nearby.

The place is clean but feels old‑fashioned, the microwave has limitations and the Wi‑Fi is spotty. For the price everything is acceptable.

The decor was nice, the place was clean and roomy. The floors were cold, and an area rug would help feel warmer.

No carpets, which limits the transfer of items such as bed bugs. The bedding was good quality, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The location was perfect for my visit to Grande Prairie. I originally tried to reserve directly with the motel, but was told it was too early. On the same day I managed to place a reservation. The pillows were too big, making sleep uncomfortable and causing a sore neck; I ended up folding a towel as a replacement. The presence of sow bugs (four were found in the toilet) indicates a moisture issue.

The location is great, rooms are updated/renovated, and the decor is modern – I would recommend it. There is a great Korean restaurant on the property.
