The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and unusually helpful with our luggage, and the food was excellent, making for a very pleasant overall experience.

I was really relaxed and the place was peaceful. The trip was short but I’d definitely return. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I liked the hotel’s style a lot. There was nothing negative to mention.

The building looked great and the grounds were well kept. The staff were genuine and friendly, and I never felt like a bother. The area around the hotel was lovely, and public transport was easy to reach. A short taxi ride got me to the airport. My room was generally clean and all the streaming services worked. The room had basic tea and coffee, though I had to get milk from the bar. However, for the price and because I asked for twin beds, I ended up with a double bed in a small room on the roof. The value for money was poor. I found a soaking‑wet towel on the bannister on the stairs to our room, and it hadn’t been removed by morning even though I saw cleaning staff. The hotel, which was initially impressive, needed a deep clean and paint touch‑ups. The bathrooms could use re‑sealing and re‑grouting of the tiles.

“The room was comfortable but the room we were given its not located in the castle which was really disappointing.”

The environment was really good. I booked the hotel hoping to get a castle vibe, but the room was actually outside the castle, just a garden view. That should have been mentioned in the booking. I was disappointed because the location wasn’t what I expected.
