“Landelijk gelegen hotel met vriendelijke service”
The Nordenholzer Hofhotel sits a bit outside Hude amid farmland and woods, giving a peaceful vibe and a solid base for walks or bike rides around the area. Nearby Hasbruch offers a lovely nature spot with ancient trees, and the hotel provides brochures about the surroundings. We chose this place partly because of its central location relative to Oldenburg and Bremen, though Oldenburg disappointed us and Bremen seemed a better option. Our double room on the first floor was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities listed on the booking site. The bed was good and large, the bathroom was nice and roomy, and we enjoyed a view of the fields. There’s no elevator. Breakfast was good quality and well‑varied. The hotel’s atmosphere was cozy, very friendly, personal, and attentive. The on‑site restaurant was closed during our stay, but we recommend Burgdorf’s restaurant and Klosterschänke Hude; both kitchens are excellent, and the latter has a unique historic feel.
