Very clean and comfortable, but there was only one ice machine on the 1st floor and none on the 2nd.

“Value was good but attention to the room and service was completely absent.”

The location was convenient for restaurants and shops. However, towels were never replaced and the garbage cans were never emptied. The wall unit for hanging clothes came loose on the first day, and although we reported it, it was never fixed.

“Clean basic room.. but not the best value for USD $100.”

The room was clean and basic—nothing fancy, but decent. Breakfast was simple. The first room we got had no working refrigerator, but after pointing it out, they moved us to a room with a functioning one. Breakfast also lacked bread, which is odd because they usually provide it at Quality Inns and there was a toaster available.

“A good value for the money but hotel still needs some work on the outside.”

One of the rooms had been updated and was good value, but the second room we had booked needed maintenance on the bathroom faucet and toilet. The second room required repair.
