Our booking got cancelled without any notification or from hotel. no email was sent and we were left with no hotel room upon arriving time. We had to struggle to find a place to stay. And when we inquired we were told that messages were sent on some chat box of . which we r not aware of. There should be connection from either or hotel to our email contact to reach out to us. totally dissatisfied from overall experience.
