The spot right next to Schloss Schönbrunn was actually pretty good, and the neighborhood had a nice vibe. But the room, the beds, and the shared areas were in a pretty bad, dirty state. Check‑in was a hassle, and I never really felt at ease.

Nothing to say on the positive side. The place never answered our messages, and we couldn’t even secure a booking.

We booked for two days but had to leave after one because the room was filthy—no cleaning for days, linens and towels untouched. Had to rush to find another hotel, so no photos to show.

We called to cancel as soon as we stepped into the room and they let us leave right away, even refunding us despite there being no free‑cancellation policy. The building itself was a nightmare – filthy, with broken windows and sharp glass that made it feel like a horror‑movie set. I still can’t believe a booking site would list a place like that; it’s the worst experience I’ve had in 20 years of traveling.
