First of all, I want to thank the incredibly kind receptionist who spoke Chinese and helped us overcome the language barrier. That made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The property is also very spacious and has several beautiful public baths. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use them because of the opening hours during my stay, but they looked really impressive. The food was also very good, and we really enjoyed the cuisine offered at the property. Unfortunately, there was no shampoo or body soap provided in the room’s bathroom. I assume this is because guests are expected to use the beautiful onsen facilities instead, where all the necessary amenities are available.
