“Our stay was absolutely fantastic.”

My cousins and I stayed at this place because we were heading to a concert at Ruoff Music Center. I asked for an early check‑in so we could get ready before the show, and the staff handled it perfectly. After checking in, I got a text saying they were ready to help with anything and that they were just one message away. We had plenty of time to rest before the concert, and after the show we planned to end the night with hot chocolate in bed. I texted the number we had earlier to ask if hot chocolate was available in the rooms, at the coffee bar, or in the convenience store near the front desk; they replied quickly that it would be ready at the front desk within an hour for us to pick up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my cousins and I had an amazing stay. If you’re ever looking for a hotel in the area, I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We loved absolutely everything.

“Good but Overpriced Budget Hotel”

The spot was great, close to shops and food spots, and the staff were friendly. The room was roomy, though the breakfast selection was narrow; still, having something in the morning was appreciated. The main let‑down was the price—too steep for what the hotel offered. The bathroom door and floor felt sticky, even though they appeared clean, so I suspect the cleaning solution wasn’t fully diluted. That felt odd.
