“Hotel in downtown area and close to the river”
The hotel’s location was excellent—just two blocks from the river and the entertainment venues. The room was nice and roomy, breakfast offered a good and plentiful selection, Wi‑Fi was fast, and parking was free. Nothing else really stood out as a problem.

Wonderful, modern little family-run hotel with great taste, A/C, and attention to detail, very clean, lovely breakfast, super centrally located, and the best is the owner Milan, who goes out of his way for every little need you may have and is so sweet and friendly and just an overall great human being. <3 And his English is perfect! When I'm back in Banja Luka, I will definitely stay at Hotel Ideja again! I told Milan he has to reserve a room for me at all times. :-D. Nothing. Everything was great. :-)

The hotel was spotless and in a great spot, with its own parking and tasty breakfasts, and the staff were lovely. The only downside was that there’s no elevator, which didn’t bother us but you might want to ask for a lower‑floor room just to be safe.
