Location. Everything else was very poor. The elevators barely worked so I had to take the stairs. The vending machines didn’t work; we were told to “go to the gas station then” and had to bring all my dirty laundry down because staff couldn’t do it. No phones in the hotel room. Bugs in the room, they lied about the room price, overall a horrible experience.

Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting and horrible. The smell was stomach turning. My door didn't lock. There was nats flying all over in the room. There was roaches running across the bed. The beds were staying. There was s*** on the toilet seat and the toilet was disgusting. Overall it was a horrible place. There was a man standing right outside. My window was only there 1 hour left and had to go to a different hotel. I wish I was able to get a refund

The place was filthy, located in a rough part of town, and the staff were rude. There was no breakfast and the whole experience felt like a scam—do not book.
