“Wir kommen nicht noch einmal”
The place sits in a central spot. The breakfast selection was decent, though the fruit and veg weren’t fresh. We over‑booked, and when we arrived the front‑desk lady seemed utterly confused and couldn’t find our reservation. We had a family room and a double room. The family room was at the back of the hotel in an annex with a separate entrance. There was no heating in the rooms; they felt cool, no radiators, and the floor was very cold. Two towel racks were broken, and the double room had only one working socket. The family room was split into two rooms, which was a plus. One of those rooms had a door with two non‑rotating knobs, which is a nightmare with two small kids. The strangest thing was that after we took the double room in the evening, the key was handed out again, the man who got it left his documents in the room, then realized it was already occupied and gave us a new room. To get to the breakfast hall you had to walk through a private dining room where there was also child‑play equipment, which our kids weren’t allowed to use. Apart from high chairs, there was nothing for kids.
