The staff were helpful, though the check‑out time was 11am.

I appreciated the reasonable price for a one‑night stay, the nearby dining options, and the light rail right in front for convenient travel, but the front desk took a while to arrive, likely because the new management was busy renovating the place.

I was never offered an early check‑in, so I felt like I was being denied a basic courtesy, and the whole place just made me feel uneasy from the moment I arrived. The location was a let‑down, everything was uncomfortable, and once I realized I couldn’t check in early, my enthusiasm vanished almost instantly.
