“Aceptable”
Nice views from the balcony to the Pirin mountains, but the balcony is shared with smokers. We're on the third floor with no elevator, so hauling luggage up was a real hassle.

We booked the Topuzovi house, but ended up in a different, older house that was far from the advertised one. The furnishings were outdated, carpets dusty, the bathroom was cold and the taps kept turning on their own, so getting a proper shower was a struggle. Wi‑Fi barely worked. On the flip side, the house we were meant to stay in had good heating, a new window frame, a wardrobe and table, and you could park freely around it.
We stayed in a different house, so this rating is for that one. The room was fine for the type of accommodation, the view was amazing, and the owner's mother welcomed us and was very nice. We were surprised the location didn't match the photos, but hot water was usually fine.
Shared bathroom and toilet with 4‑5 other rooms, and the rooms themselves were pretty small.
Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to test it. The booking was announced just before we arrived and we were left without a stay.
