The room’s soundproofing keeps it quiet. The reception staff were unprofessional that day, the trash bags were missing from the room’s bins, and the executive room we booked for two people lacked a robe and slippers. The bathroom wall had a two‑tone brown stain with hair.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid extra to book an Executive Room, expecting it to be better than the standard room, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. The room was smaller and looked worse than the normal rooms. The balcony was not clean, and the view was very disappointing. What made it even more frustrating was that my other family members had booked normal rooms, which were bigger, cleaner, and looked much better than my Executive Room. Considering the extra money I paid, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment and absolutely not worth the additional cost. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Only the entrance and swimming pool was ok
