“Stay at Red chilli 2.O banquet and restaurant”

I booked a large room and the bathroom was spotless, and the lift worked fine. However, the booking was listed as “O Bharat Mata Mandir” but we ended up at Red Chilli Hotel and Restaurant, which left my wife, daughter, and me wandering at night with no help. The staff seemed untrained: the room wasn’t ready, there was no AC remote, no towels, no TV, no complimentary water, and we had to request towels ourselves. There was no intercom, so we had to call their mobile number, which was always unreachable, meaning I had to go to the front desk for every request. Breakfast was insufficient, there was no menu, and the reception only offered two options. Also, there was no reliable transport from the hotel to the main road.

“I will think many times before i book the hotel through booking.com. I lost your trust.”

I checked in with my family, but the room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was filthy. I paid for it yet I didn’t stay there. The hotel’s name on the website didn’t match the actual name, and the room, bed, and facilities were different from what was advertised. The rooms weren’t even the right size. I’m very upset with this booking and ended up paying 1600 for a much better hotel elsewhere. Please visit the hotel before listing it online.

Nothing special, so I skipped breakfast. The only plus was the lift.
