Fort40 Guest House

“Cómodo”

The room was comfortable with a fridge, air conditioning, private bathroom, dryer, hangers, good lighting, and the beds were super cozy and clean; they also provided tea and a kettle in the room. The kitchen coffee maker wasn’t working well.

“Struttura consigliata”

This small place sits in a convenient area, close to a nice shopping centre and a pastry shop for a possible breakfast. The rooms are spacious, come with an adapter for outlets, a kettle and a fridge. The downstairs coffee machine for making espresso or cappuccino was appreciated, and the receptionist was only present in the morning while access to the building was self‑service. The room cleaning was excellent, with daily towel changes. The only inconvenience was the noise and dust from construction in an adjacent building, which isn’t the hotel’s fault. I would add a few more coat hooks and a power outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom.

“appoggio per una notte al massimo”

The check‑in and check‑out were straightforward and the price was reasonable. However, the room on floor -1 had a persistent sewage smell that the staff confirmed. When we arrived, the room’s front door was open with the keys in the lock, letting anyone in, and the door to the small terrace wouldn’t close. There was also a door leading to a dirty cellar that added to the odor.

“Ringrazio la ragazza italiana della reception per la pazienza e disponibilità!”

The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and well soundproofed, but there was no wardrobe, no hair‑dryer outlet in the bathroom, and I had trouble getting the room I had requested and approved at first—luckily it was resolved.
