Everyone was very happy and accommodating; we were here for the northerner and they were extremely helpful; we will be back and had a great time. 🌻😎

Proximity to the beach; the front desk clerk was dishonest.

I was close enough to the amenities, but the website promised beach access that never materialised, and erosion is already swallowing the property.

The property sits on the water, but massive construction was underway without any heads‑up, and parking was a nightmare because construction was everywhere. Our room was three floors up, there was no elevator, and the stairs were old 1950s rickety steps with loose boards—quite scary. Some units forced guests to walk through other people’s decks to reach their own, which felt intrusive. Maintenance was lacking; blinds were broken and never repaired.

Nothing positive to report. There is no beach access at this motel, and I only realised beach erosion was a serious issue after booking; the photos were misleading. The front desk kept telling us someone had taken our parking spot, so we constantly struggled for a spot. Sandbags were everywhere and trash littered the property. The site should warn guests about the severe erosion. One of their houses had already been condemned right next to our room. We drove over 10 hours and paid about $400 per night for a view that was worthless. Save your money and go elsewhere.
