The room was clean, the staff friendly, the elevator worked well, and the bed was comfortable, but in room 229 the grab bar in the shower was too close to the toilet shelf and I hit my head trying to turn on the water; the room needed some TLC—there was a dangling paper towel rack in the kitchen, recycling was left in a cupboard under the sink, and a few spots needed paint touch‑ups.

The room layout was confusing; after checking in we were told someone had taken our room and we had to wait 15 minutes, which was a terrible first impression after traveling; breakfast was lacking, there were no drawers or shelving for our clothes and sundries, the shower had no pressure, the fridge froze our lettuce, carrots, peppers, and cantaloupe even after we tried changing the temperature, the couch was extremely uncomfortable, there was only one chair at the counter, the garbage disposal didn’t work, and compared to the place we came from in Chattanooga, this was a total fail and I will never return.

The location was perfect for everything I wanted to do, but the mold smell was so intense I had to cut my stay short and leave earlier than planned; breathing was impossible.

The hotel is close to the airport and the room is spacious, with a restaurant within walking distance, yet the bathroom ceiling looked moldy and damaged, the sliding door was nearly impossible to open or close, and the AC was off when I arrived, making the room hot and taking a long time to cool down.
