The reception agent’s kindness (the mixed‑race woman) was a highlight, not the other staff. The rest was disappointing.

“Pleasant stay!”

When we arrived, May informed us that our room was unavailable because of electrical problems. After some back‑and‑forth, we were upgraded to a larger room as compensation. The restaurant staff were amazing. We arrived late for breakfast because we had checked in late the night before; they were so accommodating and let us dine even though it was almost after hours. We loved the desk clerk, Stacy, who was very friendly and took care of all our needs. We would have appreciated earlier notice that rooms are cleaned every three days unless requested. Our little one made a cookie mess, and when we came back from a day trip it was still there. When we mentioned it to Stacy, she offered to have someone vacuum at 10 pm. We thought that was nice but asked her not to bother. Towels are not replaced unless you ask. I wasn’t overly bothered by this but just wish I had been told earlier. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

“Excellent Stay.”

The room was a suite and the size was wonderful. Two televisions – one in the main area and one in the bedroom – worked well for us. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options, and I especially liked the quick make‑your‑own pancakes. The only issue was that maintaining a consistently comfortable temperature in the room was difficult.

“Ok”

Service. I almost broke my car with a four big holes on the property did the spa was broken and that was the reason why this hotel and we booked for three people for one room and we only had two towels, but he gave us more

“Great location and tons of parking.”

The staff was exceptional – very warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was vast and excellent, featuring a waffle area, a bread bar, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee, though there were no hot items – just a typical continental spread. The floors were all warm, the chairs in the room were very uncomfortable and old. Considering the room’s size, it had the smallest night table with no plugs for devices. The alarm clock was wrong, and when we tried to set it properly the device itself was sticky and gross. The floors and ceiling sounded hollow, so you could hear every step both above and outside the door. Our room looked out onto the roof of something and towards the highway. The roof is super unattractive; maybe consider turning it into a green space so it’s not so ugly.
